50 Ways To Relax


Take a bath,  Listen to music, Take a nap,  Go to the beach lake or pool,  fly a kite, watch the stars,  watch the clouds,  write a letter, let out a sigh,  rest your legs up on a wall,  light a candle,  read a book, take deep belly breaths, meditate,  learn something new, list to a guided relaxation,  sit in nature, call a friend, buy some flowers, move twice as slowly,   meander around town,  find a relaxing scent,  create your own coffee break,  forgive someone, go to a farmer's market,  pet a furry creature,  view some art, read or watch something funny,  notice your body,  write in a journal,  walk outside,  eat a meal in silence,  examine an everyday object with fresh eyes,  go for a run,  turn off all electronics,  drive somewhere new,  make some music,  take a bike ride,  to to the park,  colour with crayons, do some gentle stretches,  paint on a surface other than paper,  write a quick poem,  climb a tree, let go of something, read poetry,  put on some music and dance,  give thanks
