Turmeric Dressing


Ingredients
1 cup white vinegar (must be raw, unfiltered) (Get Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar instead)
1 cup water
1 1/2 heads of garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 small rhizome of turmeric (or 2 tablespoons dry powdered turmeric)
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 cup olive oil

In a blender mix the turmeric, garlic, water, and oil.
Add the vinegar and other ingredients and mix well.
Add more salt if necessary

Yields 3 cups
