Let me preface this by saying I have a number of tattoos so I am not anti-bodyart. However, I am against child abuse. The story is that a mother in Havana, Cuba held down her three year old son while a tattoo artist (I use the term loosely) marked the child with 666, which is the mark of a cult called, Growing In Grace International Ministry's. A Dominican news agency had reported that the act was recorded and uploaded to Facebook.
I have include the video of this but caution that it is very disturbing.
