Ingredients
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup raw apples, chopped
- 2 teaspoons walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 5 large ice cubes
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until all ice is crushed and smooth.
- Pour into a large glass
