At 5 feet and zero inches tall, my proper skirt length is just below the "flirty" but not as far down as the "proper" line. Maybe "cheeky" is too short for me but it's a perfectly good length for the younger woman who is physically fit - also appropriate for tennis or dancing outfits.
The only thing I find offensive about any of these titles is "asking for it". A woman's skirt length isn't asking for anything. I would think in this day and age, we would stop blaming women for rape, insults, attacks of any kinds.
This image was meant to be fun and wasn't meant to be taken seriously but in the real-world outside of photographic artistry, these labels are still used against women. We should unite to eradicate the hate and fight the real threats to our well-being and safety.
